Composition of the entire equipment

1. Main body: 4-axis heavy-duty palletizing robotic arm;

2. Gripper: Mechanical gripper (fork gripper), featuring a red drive component and black fork tines, is used to hold and clamp woven bags (salt bags, fertilizer bags, feed bags). The suction cup relies on suction force, while the mechanical fork gripper uses physical clamping, making it suitable for packaging bags with high dust content, wrinkled surfaces, or air leaks, and less prone to bag loss.

3. Feed conveying: The roller conveyor line at the bottom right corner of the diagram conveys the bagged materials in a rolling manner;

4. Safety protection: Yellow fence protective net to prevent personnel from accidentally entering the robot's movement area;

5. Accessory: Right-side electrical control cabinet.

workflow

Bagged salt/fertilizer is conveyed from the roller line to the designated position → the fork claw extends to the bottom of the bag to hold and clamp it → the robotic arm transports it → and places it neatly stacked on the tray.

Applicable scenarios

Salt, fertilizer, cement bags, feed woven bags, and factory environments with high dust levels.

- Advantages: It is not afraid of holes and wrinkles in the bag, more resistant to dust than vacuum suction cups, and has a lower failure rate;

- Limitation: It cannot be used on cardboard boxes as it may crush the box.
