The four-axis palletizing robot, a type of industrial robotic arm, is specifically designed for handling and stacking goods (bags, cartons, barrels).

1. Structure: 4 joints, large arm reach, high payload, yellow is a common coating for industrial robots. The base is fixed on a wooden pallet on the ground, and servo motors drive the movement of each joint.

2. Purpose: At the end of the factory assembly line, neatly stack finished bags/boxes onto pallets, replacing manual cargo handling. Widely used in feed, fertilizer, grain, building materials, food, and chemical factories.

3. Performance: With a common load of 80-180kg, it can complete 800-1200 palletizing cycles per hour, and one machine can replace multiple manual handlers.

4. Accessories: The front end should be equipped with a gripper fixture (for gripping cardboard boxes, woven bags, and suction boxes), and a control cabinet for programming and setting the stacking pattern.

Differences from ordinary six-axis robots: The palletizing 4-axis robot only performs planar stacking, with faster speed and greater load capacity; the six-axis robot is more flexible and is used for welding and assembly.
