2. Gripper type: Vacuum suction cup, relying on negative pressure adsorption, suitable for cartons, flour bags, feed bags, woven bags, and will not damage the packaging.

3. Complete set composition: robot arm body + vacuum suction cup fixture + belt conveyor (green conveyor belt on the left in the figure) + negative pressure generation control cabinet (white cabinet on the right) + heightened base.

4. Workflow: Materials are conveyed from the conveyor belt → suction cups grasp the bags/boxes → robotic arm lifts and moves → neatly stack onto the tray.

5. Applicable industries: Flour, grain, feed, fertilizer, and building material bagged products. One line can replace 3-6 manual laborers, handling 800-1200 bags per hour.

Trivia: Vacuum suction cups are suitable for bags and cartons with flat surfaces; if the goods are irregular, clamping jaws or grippers will be used instead.
