1. The packaging scale adopts dual-station packaging to ensure the required packaging capacity.
2. The automatic bag loading mechanism utilizes a dedicated vacuum pump to increase the negative pressure intensity, ensuring a bag loading success rate of over 99%.
3. The bag clamping device at the discharge port of the packaging scale should adopt a fully enclosed structure with dual exhaust vents to avoid powder leakage. The discharge port structure should be of an inverted conical opening and closing type, which automatically opens during discharge and closes automatically after discharge is complete. The bag is held by a bag-clamping mechanism and dropped onto the conveyor belt. Free fall is strictly prohibited.

The packaging scale mainly consists of the packaging machine body, an operation and maintenance platform with guardrails (the platform legs are made of square tubes not smaller than □100*100, the frame is made of 10# square tubes, and 3mm stainless steel plates are laid on top), ladders, bagging mechanism, sewing machine belt (approximately 4 meters long), and an upper storage hopper.

The packaging scale is equipped with a dust recovery interface, and the dust collection points are reasonably arranged at the feeding port, bag clamping device, bag mouth shaping device, heat sealing, packaging sealing, and other positions. All dust collection points are converged into a single main interface; each dust collection point is equipped with an air valve to control the air volume for dust collection, ensuring no dust on the packaging site. Party B shall provide the dust collector equipment.
6. The parts of the scale hopper and packaging scale that come into contact with the material are all made of SS304 material. The internal angles of the hopper must be free of dead spaces to avoid wall sticking and bridging. The components that come into contact with the material must be polished to a finish with a roughness level of Ra≤0.8, and the weld surface roughness must be Ra≤1.6μm.
7. The entrance of the buffer material silo of the packaging scale is equipped with a metal separator to intercept iron substances, and the design is reasonable for easy cleaning of adsorbed iron.
8. The suitable temperature range for the bag transfer conveyor belt is: PVC green, blue, or white belts, with a maximum temperature of +40℃ and a minimum temperature of -15℃. The belt should be of reliable quality.
9. All bearing brands shall meet the technical requirements and have measures to prevent dust from entering; the service life of bearings, sprockets, and drive belts shall not be less than 8000 hours.
10. The sewing machine head features automatic control with automatic thread trimming, and the sealing machine is a Japan NiuLang DS-9C model. The conveyor speed of the sewn-seam stand-up pouch conveyor is adjustable via frequency conversion, ensuring that the speed of the conveyor matches that of the folding machine and sewing machine. The synchronous belt is equipped with a servo motor and frequency converter to ensure speed synchronization. The folding mechanism folds the material pouch mouth into the sewing machine, with the height adjustable mechanically. During sewing, it can be started or stopped at any position through photoelectric sensor detection, and includes an automatic thread break detection function.
